A persuasive piece is particularly difficult to write because you are trying to get the reader to accept your point of view you need facts or examples to back up your opinion. You must also pick the right side to be on, the side with the best points. You want to make sure you have a hook or a grabber to open your essay, it's important to have this because you must convince the reader to believe you.
Some ways to improve your Persuasive writing is to make sure you have enough facts about your topics, the reader is going to want evidence to back up your points. Also having strong points brings the reader in, if your piece is boring the reader will not be interested.
I think the best way to improve on persuasive essays is to read more and write more about them. If we don't read them then we will not learn and if we don't read them we will obviously not write anything on them, which will make us lost. I think it's up to the student to stay caught up, the best you can do as a teacher is just be there for us if we need help.

I've have never hear a crowd of people cheer that long at one man, i went to the Jonas brother concert and the crazy girls(and i mean crazy) their cheers did not last that long.
Thank you, thank you, thank you..
This speech was the most effective because of the speaker, the way Obama delivered the speech really made it what it is.
The way that he thanks everyone before he starts it really get you engaged because he is talking to YOU. He brings you into his story.
Obama gave a brilliant, inspiring, intellectually speech, if you read the speech you will see that Obama is a true intellectual a talented writer and lyrical speaker. Is there another person in American politics capable of giving a speech like he does?
The thing that always seems to impress me is the way he gives his speeches, I'm never bored.
He always talks about how America will be better, it may take time, but we will get it done.
When i listen to him talk is had a WAY bigger impact on the speech.
I think it's a mixture of the audience getting so pumped up, and the way he delivers it.
Out of all the presidents i actually enjoy listing to Obama, i like to hear what he has to say!
I feel very part of the decisions he's making, and i feel like they will have a HUGE impact on the United States, as well as Canada.
